Collection 2000 Lock N' Hold lip gloss in Body Pop*, Rock Steady and Break Dance*: boots or superdrug (£2.99)
These little beauties are another gem from the Collection 2000 range, The Lock n' Hold lip glosses are a mere £2.99 and come in a range of bright and fun colours. I bought Rock Steady when I was searching for a lipgloss to pinken up a orange-y toned nude lipstick I bought that didnt suit me and at £2.99 it was a risk I was willing to take. Body Pop is a bright blue toned pink, Rock Steady is a pink toned nude and Break Dance is a bright coral.
The Collection 2000 Lock N' Hold lip glosses are good strongly coloured glosses, as you can tell from the photos they are good coverage on my pigmented lips. They are all worn alone with no lipstick or liner. Rock Steady is probably the least full coverage, but I do have very dark pink lips, and I much prefer wearing that over a nude lipstick. The glosses themselves arent sticky at all, which is great as I hate tacky lip gloss! In terms of lasting power, surprisingly they do last quite a long time. I wouldn't say the 6 hours promised on the packaging but if you're like me then you'd reapply it quite often! The lipgloss has a slight taste/smell to it but nothing too offensive. The packaging is alright, I think its suits the target market for the brand, the graffiti writing doesnt do it for me at 21. But its not horrible!
I highly recommend these Lock N' Hold lipglosses as they are amazing for the price. I think there are a few more colours, including a lilac one which I might actually purchase soon!
