Over the first week of January I'll be covering my top 5 products of the previous year. I'll be covering skincare, face, eye shadow, other eye products, lips, cheeks and nails! Feel free to recommend me your top 2011 products in the comments!
L-R HD Brow Kit*, Tweezerman Tweezers, Fashionista Gel Liner, YSl Faux Clis & Rapidlash*
HD brow kit- Mainly included this in my top 5 because I use it so much! I do think the brow colours are a bit dark for me and I do get the occasional scouse brow if I dont use a light hand. Its just been a most used product since I got it in a GlossyBox a few months ago! A good colour range, and super pigmented, they last all day!
Tweezerman Tweezers- I have unruly eyebrows, we have a love hate relationship so I normally pay someone to do them for me. However earlier in the year on a whim I forked out £14 to buy these mini ones and I've never looked back. They are so good, and really worth the money. I've never found anything thats given my brows the result I wanted like these little gems!
Fashionista Gel Eyeliner- (review here) Oh. My. Gosh. I wasnt too fussed about this liner when I first reviewed it, I thought it was good but not amazing. However after using it more and more I've found this to be the one. Slightly edging towards mny favourite ever liner Illamasqua Precision Ink. Its really black and long lasting. I find if I apply it in the morning it will last all of the day and still be as black as it once was. Definitely one to try if you're a liner fan like me!
YSL Faux Clis- My all time favourite mascara ever, I always diss high end mascaras as I do think they are a bit of a waste of money. I do love Faux Clis with all my heart though, Any time anyone I know is in duty free or its a birthday/christmas I ask for one of them! I was going to include Max Factor's False lash effect instead, but decided to opt for this one!
Rapidlash- I was a big false lash wearer towards the beginning of the year which resulted in my eyelashes being dry and stubby! Although my lashes havent reached collosal lengths (sweet pun bro!) but its changed the condition of my lashes so much! If I remembered to use it every night Im sure they'd actually grow properly! Highly recommend trying this product if you can afford it as it really does produce great results!
