Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment

Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment: feel unique (£25.45)*

Another day another hair oil

Hair oil's seem to be two a penny at the moment and have really taken the hair market by storm. When I was asked to try out Macadamia Oil I wasn't really overly excited about it all as they really are so widespread at the moment. Macdamaia Oil isn't exactly the same as the widely popular Morrocan or Argan Oils, It's made actually made of a blend of Macadamia oil and Argan Oil. When I using the Macadamia Hair Oil, I towel dry my hair then apply 4-6 pumps and run it through the ends of my hair up to about 4 inches away from the roots. I try and focus on the dry parts (the ends) and work it up. I then comb through and blow dry as normal.

I prefer the scent of Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment to Morrocan Oil, but essentially it does a very similar job to other hair oils. The oil leaves my hair sleek, soft and nourished, It doesnt leave a greasy or overloaded feel to the hair when used correctly. But it is SO easy to apply to much to be careful when applying as you dont want to put too much if used incorrectly. My top tip would to always apply less than you think you might need! To be honest, I think it is down to personal preference with hair oil you decide to pick at the end of the day. I personally like Morrocan Oil more than this, I don't really have a reason why I just prefer using it! Although I really don't think there is all that much difference between the two at the end of the day!

  1. Macadamia Natural Oil is my holy grail product. I use it almost every day especially when blowdrying my hair. I think Hairtrade is the cheapest place at the moment – here’s the link if anyone wants to have a look. I even use it on my I&K extensions too! x

  2. Have you tried the Lee Stafford Argan Oil range, its my current favourite product and quite similar to Morrocan Oil at the fraction of the price x

This one sounds interesting, too, though.

  5. We use this in the salon I work in, I find it lighter than the moroccan oil so its a little bit better for finer hair then the morroccan. We only use a small bit in work, 4 pumps seems like an awful lot! But your right, it depends on the hair though as well.

  6. Bid TV do a set of that brand. You get 4 things for something like £29.99. They usually have them on once or twice a week.

  7. Obsessed with hair oils, but I think Moroccan Oil is my HG, it's so good on my long hair, especially when I can't be bothered to style it! x
