barry m hi shine gelly polish in lychee

barry m hi shine gelly polish in lychee review swatch photo

Barry M Lychee is currently gracing my nails, it's a pretty warmed toned fair taupe type of colour. Think super milky coffee or tea. The Barry M Hi Shine Helly finish polishes are among my absolute favourite drugstore nail polish formulas too. Long lasting, super shiney and very easy to apply. They dry amazingly quickly too which is an absolute bonus for people like me who hate waiting for things to dry. At first the thought of nude nails sometimes makes me feel a little weird, They remind me of my Visual Merchandising days and mannequin hands. However Lychee is a pretty colour none the less and works well against my skin tone. At £4 a pop these are among the best drugstore formulas I've come across and the colour is really unique.

  26. Ahh I love this nail polish. I was a bit worried it would give me nails that looked like they'd been painted with concealer, but the colour and finish are both gorgeous.

  33. I'm not really a nude nails kind of girl but since having my acrylics removed and trying to grow my own nails (unsuccessfully at the moment!) I'm wondering whether to give something like this a go.

  45. Wow I HAVE to get this. I got a similar colour in a freebie from Ciate in a magazine and I loved it, but the bottle is so tiny and the formula isn't great (think 4 layers!). I love the formula of these nail varnishes :) Thanks for the heads up!

  48. i still need to get my hands on a few bottles of barry m hi shine gelly polish - the colours and formulation look amazing! i also think this one is especially flattering as even on pale people in can warm up the skin tone and then with a tan it will just highlight it! :) X
