kiko hair shadow*
So I went back to having pink ombre again… well only for a bit. I got sent a Kiko Hair Shadow a few days ago, resulting in me having itchy fingers and dying to give it a whirl. To create this DIY wash out ombre hair look - run the shadow pot along the ends of your hair then brush out for a softer a finish. It took me around 5 minutes maximum. Volia! Instant noncommittal ombre.

Quick run down of thoughts - Pigmented, easy to apply and took my hair from standard to the next level in seconds. Like all hair chalks… protect your hands (see the pic) and watch out for staining things! The packaging is unlike other hair chalks I’ve tried - a spheric pot which makes application much simpler. I didn’t find it dried my hair out at all which is different from other hair chalks I've tried which such moisture right up. In all a really good hair chalk, one I’d certainly recommend for hair chalking n00bs!

Have you tried hair chalk?

  23. I love the way this looks on you! Do you know how it would work on people with darker hair? I've found that hair chalks rarely show up well on my hair because it's such a dark color naturally...definitely looking for something that doesn't have this problem.
