I adore the Aesop Control Gel - It’s drying and moisturising at the time, and when I use it overnight I see a huge difference in spot size come my alarm call.
Be nice to your hairHours of tossing and turning can be bad on your hair. I always put my hair up to go to bed. Investing in a satin or silk pillowcase will help to reduce frizz while tossing and turning! Every now and again pop an overnight hair mask on to deep condition while you sleep. It might not be sexy sleeping in a shower cap, but it will leave you with a glossy and beautiful mane in the morning.
