Me and YSL have a funny ol’ relationship. I love some of their products, hate some of their products and then there are others that I’m completely indifferent about. I was recently sent the YSL Baby Doll Kiss and Blush products and I’ve fallen in love - utterly and completely besotted.

A lip and cheek hybrid - the matte velvet finish means it’s perfect for use on both areas. I often find multi use products to be great at one thing and then not so good at the other - these YSL Kiss and Blush excel at both. On the lips they feel comfortable and easy to wear with minimal drying. On the cheeks they add a pop of easy blendable colour. The packaging reminds me of nail polish with a doe foot applicator. YSL Babydoll Kiss and Blush in Corail Affranchi is a dreamy coral shade that warms up the face and the cheeks. Worn together they really compliment each other and are perfect for a fresh springtime look. I dont always like the matched blush and lips thing but somehow it works for this shade. The other shade I have is YSL Baby Doll Kiss and Blush Milani Tea Rose - a light baby pink. I prefer this one exclusively on my lips but I think the soft rose pink will work well on cooler skin tones as a blush.

Really impressed with this YSL offering and I throughly recommend them! They retail for £27 but they exude YSL luxury and are two in one... If your looking for a high end item to invest in then I'd say definitely go for one of these. They come in 12 shades from reds to corals to bright bright pinks.

  9. I've never been too convinced by these, I was sure they would just look silly on the cheeks, but after seeing them on you I think they actually blend really well!

  17. The packaging on these are to die for! For some reason when I buy multi use products I only end up using them for one particular purpose and I have no idea why!
